Now, we have launched our dream... our vision... of being able to provide tattoos from a holistic aspect. While still doing custom art and traditional tattooing, Tara always works hard to include each person in her/his tattoo vision. After all, it's your body that you are allowing someone to place permanent artwork on. Everyone deserves to have a say in her/his artwork and what happens to her/his body.
We heard the not-so-happy-ending stories of women who had very disappointing experiences with scar concealment or pigment augmentation following her mastectomy*. We heard the stories of how women have experienced problems accepting such drastic changes to their bodies. Then, know that body image reclamation is from the outside in. This is with any body transformation: Cuts, surgical and other scars, stretch marks, varicose veins, medical alerts, amputees...the list is endless. Our journeys with our grandmothers, our mothers, our sisters, our daughters, our nieces, our cousins, have shown the need for someone to be your advocate in healing. We specialize in custom artwork and tattoos. Our dedication to this has resulted in the creation of our first annual Tatts for Ta-Tas during October 2015.
People have asked if we: "...still do traditional tattoos?" Yes, we do. You don't have to own a medical reason to get a tattoo! For whatever your idea is for a tattoo, give us a call... (303) 440-6611... the consultation is free and the artwork is amazing.
